Vacancy : Toddler Teacher Assistant
Vista Academy is an independent school in Bloemfontein, Free State. This school is not an ordinary school and is thus looking for an experienced, extra-ordinary educator to join our team.
The following criteria is relevant:
• Relevant educational qualification or coursework in education or a related field.
• Passion for working with learners and contributing to their educational development.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced classroom setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and support the lead teacher’s instructional strategies and classroom
management techniques.
• Proficiency in using basic educational technology and software.
• The ability to develop new and progressive teaching ideas
• Strong people skills – work efficiently with management, staff, parents and young children
• A significant level of computer literacy and other technological / robotics systems would be
advantageous
• Fluent in English, Afrikaans and Sesotho would be advantageous
• SACE certificate
• Sexual offender’s clearance certificate
